We only process operational telemetry strictly required for launch orchestration:

• XCircle Username: Cryptographic account identifier.
• Checkon Hash: Used for session validation without exposing raw secrets.
• Optional Contact Email: Only if provided by project owners for deadline alerts and critical launch warnings.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

All processing is grounded in Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of mission control operations) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate security interest in audit immutability).

4. Trackers and Third-Party Profiling

PHAIR GO contains zero marketing trackers, zero advertising pixels, and zero third-party profiling systems. Your workflow telemetry remains strictly within your enterprise perimeter.

5. Audit Trail Retention

Operational step completions, state transitions (PENDING → GO), and launch commands are logged in an immutable database audit trail to ensure technical accountability.
